ZAR currently answers from structured knowledge across active cities. Execution modules will be enabled after compute deployment.

¹ Zomniverse is a modular knowledge and computational universe designed, developed, and maintained by Wilder Ruiz. The system organizes documentation, tools, learning systems, and executable analytical components into structured domains known as knowledge cities, transforming complex scientific and conceptual spaces into navigable, extensible environments.

² Each city within Zomniverse functions as a self-contained thematic environment focused on a specific domain, such as bioinformatics, open science, research integrity, scientific software, or AI-assisted research. These cities may contain curated documentation, interactive modules, computational tools, and agent-driven analytical workflows designed to support structured learning, discovery, and execution.

³ Zomniverse is designed as a modular architecture in which cities, modules, interfaces, and knowledge resources can evolve independently while remaining part of a coherent and interoperable system. This structure allows the platform to expand across domains without losing conceptual continuity, computational flexibility, or navigational clarity.

⁴ The platform is implemented through a layered architecture combining PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, Plumber, and R. The user-facing interface is delivered through PHP and modern web technologies, while Node.js functions as an orchestration and routing layer that handles interface-level queries and system coordination. Downstream, Plumber operates as a routing bridge into R-based execution environments, where analytical agents, scientific workflows, and domain-specific computational modules reside and await invocation.

⁵ This architecture enables Zomniverse to operate not only as a structured learning environment, but also as an executable computational framework in which knowledge interfaces can connect directly to analytical backends, modular pipelines, and agent-based systems. Documentation, reasoning, and execution are therefore integrated within a unified environment rather than isolated across separate tools.

⁶ Zomniverse integrates structured documentation, computational tools, interactive knowledge interfaces, and routed analytical execution intended to facilitate exploration of complex scientific and conceptual domains. While the platform may assist with interpretation, organization, and computational interaction, critical evaluation and independent verification of outputs remain the responsibility of the user.

⁷ The internal architecture, source code, routing logic, computational framework, and knowledge systems underlying Zomniverse are maintained under version control in a private research repository. Access may be granted for academic review, collaboration, or reproducibility purposes upon reasonable request.
